For me, anyway, this is the first time as an adult that I have the honor of being more than "just" the barista who makes cards for the "stricken" person and so I'm sure I've made some bumbling mistakes, but I thank you for letting me step in and be a friend as much as you need. It is my hope that I am able to be a comfort as much as I am able, a friend, just someone you know you can count on, and in that you will never and can never offend me! At work the other day I had a HUGE conversation with my manager and we agree, that with the right intent, there are no "major" mistakes -- unless someone is physically hurt or endangered because of that decision. I see no reason for that ever happening as the result of a blog entry -- so write on!
